1948 MERCURY EIGHT This car is a great project to restore or hot rod. The car is 99% complete but in non-running condition. The flat head v-8 engine is locked up. The rear end or the rear wheel bearings also appear to be locked up. The car has no title. The car has very little rust and seems to be very solid. What a great car with lots of potential!
